We have one Nepal clients need the sawdust dryer machine, but as the space limitation, they want we divide the 18 meters long cylinder of the sawdust dryer into 4 pieces, and later we use the screws and flanges to connect the 4 pieces together.

I have double checked it with our engineer, our engineer confirmed that we only can divide the cylinder (18m length) into two pieces at the middle. So each piece of the sawdust dryer is 9 meters long, cylinder diameter is 1.6 meters.

As you see, if we divide the 18 meters cylinder of the sawdust dryer into 4 pieces, then each pieces is only about 4 meters (4 meters is very short). As the special structure of the cylinder of the sawdust dryer, thus it will not only add much difficulty for the manufacturing, and the manufacturing cost also is much higher, but also later if will use screws and flanges to connect the 4 pieces together, it surely will significantly influence the work performance of the wood sawdust dryer. To be frankly, in the past we never divided the rotary dryer into more than 2 pieces. As a result, as the length of the cylinder is only 18 meters, if we do not divide it into two pieces, it is the best. If we must divide it, and then in order to make sure the work performance of the dryer, we suggest that we only divide the sawdust dryer into two pieces.

As it shows as above, later we use screws and flanges to connect the two pieces of the sawdust dryer together when installation.
