One Nigeria client asked us some questions about the barite milling machine, and we think that the questions are common for the new users who are not familar with the barite mill. Thus, we show the questions and answers for reference as below:

1-Question: What are the milling capacity per hour your company can produce? Please state with price in USdollars.

Answer: We have different types and models of milling machine, and their capacity is very different. The smallest milling machine capacity only can be 0.25 ton per hour, and the biggest milling machine capacity can be up to 22 tons per hour.

What is more, the capacity of the barite milling machine is decided by the raw material and the powder output fineness, etc.

As a result, for the barite milling machine, please kindly supply us more information as follows:

- Before milling, what is the usual size(mm) of the barite rock ? Is it bigger than 25mm ? If it is bigger than 25mm, then we need to use one rock crusher to crush it into smaller size in advance before it goes into the milling machine.

- After milling, what is the powder output fineness (mm) that you need ? (As for the milling machine, the smaller the powder output size is, the lower the milling machine's capacity will be, as it need much more time to grind the material into fine powder than coarse powder. )

- What is the capacity (t/h) that you need ?

At least we need the above information, and then we can suggest you the most suitable barite milling machine.

2-Question: Does your machine have the capacity to crush, mill and package into bags or they are all seperate machines? Please specify if they are different or together in one machine and also if different, does your company produce all of them if yes, specify price.

Answer: In fact, the barite milling system includes many different kinds of machines, such as rock crusher, bucket elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder, Barite Milling Machine, Electric control box, powder packing machine, etc. Most of the machines we can produce it, and some of the machines we need to get it from our cooperative companies.
