Zhengzhou Dingli Group has custom-engineered the DLMG-2822—a large-scale drying system specifically designed for coal slime—to address the challenges of processing high-moisture, high-viscosity material at the client's site.
The equipment features upgraded designs for preventing wall adhesion, breaking up material, and ensuring uniform drying temperatures. Surpassing the processing limits of conventional equipment, it stably handles wet coal slime with ultra-high moisture content (up to 26%) at a rate of 50 tons per hour, precisely controlling the final moisture content to below 14%.
Coal slime processed by the Dingli system is uniformly dried, loose, and free of clumps, with a significantly increased calorific value. The quality fully meets fuel reuse standards for power plants and boiler rooms, enabling effective resource recovery.
This project resolves three major challenges for the enterprise: coal slime stockpiling, non-compliance with environmental regulations, and resource waste.
