PROJECT DETAILS

 This project is an EPC general contracting project for the resource utilization of coal slime at the Huainan Power Plant in Anhui Province. Zhengzhou Dingli Group was responsible for the entire process, including overall process design, equipment manufacturing, and on-site installation and commissioning.

The project is equipped with a DLMG-3622 dedicated coal slime drying system, designed to process 62.5 tons of raw materials per hour. Addressing the characteristics of high moisture content, easy adhesion to walls, and severe agglomeration of coal slime from power plants, an anti-sticking material dispersing drying structure is adopted. The incoming coal slime moisture content is ≤25%, and after system drying, the finished product moisture content is stably controlled to ≤15%. The dried coal slime can be directly reused as fuel in the power plant, achieving the reduction and resource utilization of coal slime solid waste. This not only solves the pollution problem caused by coal slime stockpiling in the plant area but also improves the comprehensive utilization rate of fuel, creating considerable economic benefits for the power plant.

A professional construction team was organized on-site for installation, scientifically arranging construction nodes and coordinating equipment placement, pipeline connection, and auxiliary equipment assembly. The complete EPC solution includes process planning, equipment supply, on-site installation, technical guidance, commissioning, and delivery – a one-stop service that eliminates the need for the client to deal with multiple suppliers, significantly reducing coordination costs for power plant project construction.
