Dingli's new coal slime drying project has been launched in Zhongwei, Ningxia, equipped with DLMG-3026 drying equipment with a processing capacity of 50 tons/hour. This equipment can stably dry highly viscous, wet coal slime with a moisture content ≤30% to a finished product moisture content ≤15%. Optimized for the large diurnal temperature variations and the tendency of coal slime to stick and clog the walls in Northwest mining areas, the system features a dispersing and wear-resistant cylinder structure. It is compatible with multiple heat sources, including coal combustion and waste heat from flue gas. Combined with a compliant dust removal system, this solution addresses the environmental hazards of open-air coal slime storage in coal washing plants and processes waste coal slime into fuel for power plants, achieving resource recovery and revenue generation. The entire production line is highly automated and can operate continuously and stably for extended periods. This mature solution is also suitable for coal slime drying needs in overseas mining areas such as Mongolia, Indonesia, and Central Asia.
