 Dingli Group's large-scale coal slime drying equipment has been implemented in the benchmark project of Guizhou Funeng Power Plant. The equipment has a capacity of 60 tons per hour and can stably dry wet coal slime with a moisture content ≤25% to a finished product moisture content ≤13%. The equipment features a customized anti-sticking and wear-resistant cylinder structure for highly viscous coal slime, supporting continuous 24-hour production at the power plant. Utilizing waste heat recovery from the plant's boilers, it reduces additional carbon emissions from fuel combustion at the source, significantly reducing production energy consumption. The entire machine is equipped with a fully enclosed, sealed drying process and an integrated dust removal and deodorization environmental protection system, ensuring no dust spillage or odor emissions throughout the process, fully complying with regional environmental control standards. After drying and upgrading, coal slime can be directly fed into boilers for co-firing, transforming waste coal slime on-site into renewable fuel. This provides a one-stop solution to environmental pain points such as soil erosion from open-air coal slime stockpiling, dust pollution, and high pollution costs associated with off-site disposal. It truly achieves a closed-loop cycle of solid waste reduction, harmlessness, and resource recovery, providing a benchmark solution for low-carbon, compliant, green, and energy-saving solid waste disposal for major thermal power plants and coal washing plants.
