Dingli Group provided a customized coconut coir drying production line solution for coconut coir processing enterprises in Bantamang, Indonesia, successfully completing installation and commissioning, and contributing to the local utilization of coconut coir resources. The project utilizes the DLSG2010/3 model equipment, with a stable capacity of 1 ton/hour, efficiently dehydrating high-moisture coconut coir with an initial moisture content of 65% to a safe moisture content of ≤18% through a standardized, end-to-end process: "feeding and conveying → crushing and screening → desalting and washing → pressing and dehydration → drum drying → cooling and packaging."
