After passing through the inner, middle and outer layers, the material exchanges heat with the hot air, and the material that has reached the drying effect is quickly moved out of the drum under the action of the wind. Wet materials that have not reached the drying effect cannot move quickly due to their own weight. The materials are fully dried within the control stroke, thereby achieving the drying effect. The moisture content of the material is reduced to 12-15%, the drying process is completed, and it is discharged by the screw conveyor. The drum is equipped with a vibration cleaning device to prevent materials from adhering to the drum wall.
